Hannah and Phil

June 2014  ... Villa Brio, Skala

After dating for 8 years, Phil and Hannah finally decided to get engaged .. and it happened at their hotel during their holiday in Kefalonia.... so Kefalonia was the obvious choice for their wedding venue.... They love the beauty and friendliness of the island, and the deciding factor was it's closeness to the UK via various airlines, which was very important for their friends and family to get here....

"The events went without a hitch, everything was well organized and all went to plan on our big day.
Myself and Hannah could not have been happier on our big day, and knowing that if there was any hitches your team would have been there to sort it out, even the threat of rain was taken care of by yourselves.
As you know we have been to Kefalonia numerous times and love the island(looking forward to our next trip). Most of our guests are already talking about having a reunion soon on your beautiful island."

The one and only Villa Brio Complex in Skala was the chosen venue for the wedding ceremony, right on their own grassy lawn, by the pool, with uninterrupted views over the bay.  The beautiful flowers and matching decorations chosen by Hannah, were perfectly put together by Bosonis Flowers of Argostoli, and so the scene was set for the romantic, intimate wedding ceremony of their dreams.

A mandolin and guitar player accommpanied Hannah to her waiting husband, and then they continued to play afterwards while Vasilis Loukatos did his wonderful photographic work with the newly weds, and their guests....

"Myself and Hannah wouldn't want to change a single thing of our wedding day and the only advice I can give future brides(and grooms) would be to relax and leave everything in your capable hands and just enjoy the day and everything that happens.

As for highlights of the day, for me it was turning around and seeing Hannah for the first time in her wonderful dress looking gorgeous. I had to take a deep breath and try and stop my leg from twitching, which a few of the guests noticed."
